The downstairs accommodation consists of a large farmhouse style kitchen with dining table, a good sized dining room, a large lounge with three, three-seater sofa's and inglenook style fire place and (gas) stove. |

The Dining Room
The dining table comfortably seats everyone. Fine Wedgwood crockery and quality cutlery make this an ideal venue for a formal dinner party. French doors open out onto the back garden where a patio area houses a large table. Other garden seating is available and a BBQ for those long summer days. |

The Lounge
The cottage benefits from a large and comfortable lounge with three, three-seater sofa's, arm chairs and stools so you can all relax. The attractive inglenook style fire place houses a coal effect gas stove. Entertainment includes 30" plasma TV with satellite channels, DVD/video player and hifi. There is also a small DVD/Video library and an array of board games and playing cards for those cosy nights in. |

The Kitchen
The delightful farmhouse style kitchen is the focal point of the house. It includes all the appliances that you would expect including a centre table, granite work surfaces, a large range oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of good quality everyday crockery (Denby ware) and cutlery, plus large and small stainless steal cooking pans and utensils. A small utility room opposite houses a laundry sink, washing machine and separate tumble drier. |

The Study
This welcoming oak floored hallway, dressed with silk & wool Indian Kashmir rugs, invites you into the rest of the house. The open plan, beamed study is situated within the hall and houses a desk unit with a small library of general texts. We also provide a computer with wireless broadband Internet connection so you can keep in touch during your stay.
