The downstairs accommodation consists of a large farmhouse style kitchen with dining table, a good sized dining room, a large lounge with three, three-seater sofa's and inglenook style fire place and (gas) stove. |

The Dining Room
The dining table comfortably seats everyone. Fine Wedgwood crockery and quality cutlery make this an ideal venue for a formal dinner party. French doors open out onto the back garden where a patio area houses a large table. Other garden seating is available and a BBQ for those long summer days. |

The Lounge
The cottage benefits from a large and comfortable lounge with three, three-seater sofa's, arm chairs and stools so you can all relax. The attractive inglenook style fire place houses a coal effect gas stove. Entertainment includes 30" plasma TV with satellite channels, DVD home cinema, and hifi. There is also a small DVD/Video library and an array of board games and playing cards for those cosy nights in. |

The Kitchen
The delightful farmhouse style kitchen is the focal point of the house. It includes all the appliances that you would expect including an oven and hob, fridge freezer, combination microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of everyday crockery and cutlery, plus stainless steal cooking pans and utensils. A small utility room opposite houses a laundry sink, washing machine and separate tumble drier. |

The Study
This welcoming oak floored hallway, dressed with silk & wool Indian Kashmir rugs, invites you into the rest of the house. The open plan, beamed study is situated within the hall and houses a desk unit with a small library of general texts. We also provide a computer with broadband Internet connection so you can keep in touch during your stay.
