For enquires we prefer emails so we can reply with full details and alternatives if your dates are not available. You are welcome to phone, but it will generally go to ansa-phone and there could be a greater delay in our response.
We are a small family run business and because of the nature of a self catering property we are able to manage the cottage whilst also carrying out our other work and family commitments. Although we take a very professional approach, sometimes our other commitments may delay our responses to emails and generally our phone will go to ansa-phone. We try to answer emails as quickly as possible, but occasionally it could take a few days for us to reply to emails or respond to your ansa-phone message.
Please be reassured that we do always reply and will provisionally book dates in the order in which we receive a request i.e. you would not miss out to another group requesting the same provisional booking after you.
