John is ideal additional accommodation to the main house. It is modern and well presented and comprises of a spacious self-contained studio room set in the garden just five metres from the main house. |

Being detached from the main house it creates an ideal 'escape' for those needing a little more peace and quiet, whilst still being close to the house (5 metres away) to easily join in with the festivities! Outside patio doors open onto a semi-private garden area with garden furniture.
Facilities include Kitchenette, Shower Room and Seating Area.
JOHN benefits from a double (wall) bed and a single sofabed. A 2ft6in Put-U-Up bed can be added for extra sleeping accomodation. With the Put-U-Up, John can sleep upto 4 adults comfortably.
